At Haihong (Jiangsu) Steel International Trading Co., Ltd., we offer a range of flexible and secure payment methods to accommodate the needs of our global clients. Whether you're ordering bulk steel coils or customized roofing sheets, we ensure your transactions are smooth, transparent, and protected.


Secure & Verified Transactions

All payments are processed via secured channels and are subject to anti-fraud verification, order confirmation, and formal documentation.


Available Payment Options

1. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

  • Standard Option for international trade.

  • Deposit: 30% advance, Balance: 70% before shipment or against the Bill of Lading.

  • Swift code and banking details will be provided on the Proforma Invoice (PI).

  • Bank charges to be borne by the buyer.

2. Letter of Credit (L/C) – At Sight / Usance

  • For large-volume orders or customers with trade references.

  • Requires pre-approval. Only accepted from reputable banks.

  • Processing fees apply depending on L/C type.

3. Alipay / Alipay Cross-Border

  • For customers in China and certain global regions.

  • Secure, instant, and ideal for sample or small trial orders.

4. PayPal (For Sample Orders Only)

  • Available upon request for small transactions or samples.

  • Includes PayPal transaction fee (usually 4–5%).

5. Western Union / MoneyGram

  • For small-value orders or urgent deposits.

  • Fast but limited to trusted, returning buyers.

6. Alibaba Trade Assurance (If buying through our Alibaba store)

  • Payment is held in escrow until you confirm delivery.

  • Covers product quality, on-time shipment, and refund protection.

  • Supports credit card, e-checking, and bank transfers.

7. Bank Transfer (Domestic – RMB)

  • Available for local Chinese buyers.

  • 企业对公转账，可提供增值税发票（13% 税率）


Order Terms

  • All payments must be made in USD, RMB, or EUR, unless otherwise negotiated.

  • Bank transfer confirmation or L/C copy is required to initiate production or shipment.

  • Customs documents (e.g., invoice, packing list, B/L) will be provided after balance clearance.


Buyer Protection & Invoicing

  • Every transaction is documented via Proforma Invoice (PI) and Commercial Invoice (CI).

  • Optional third-party inspection (SGS/BV/Intertek) can be arranged at buyer’s request.

  • All invoices issued under the registered entity name:
